About this rug

Eighteen red octagons, two across and nine down, are held in a silver-grey and ivory net of hatched diamonds on this Karachi jaldar. Each octagon frames a small ivory diamond with charcoal and blue-grey detail. The borders continue in grey and ivory, studded with small red lozenges, and a red edge and a white fringe finish the rug.
