About this rug

Cream and a pale blue-grey give this Kashan a light, cool look. A navy line traces its lobed diamond medallion, which has a pale blue-grey ring around an ivory centre and a small navy star, and short pendants continue it towards both ends. Scrolling vines spread navy, slate and camel blossoms across the remaining cream ground. The corners repeat the pale blue-grey, and the wide cream border sets slate-blue palmettes inside linked cartouches, between narrow guards of tiny navy motifs.

Every pale tone here is 100% wool, knotted into the rug by hand in Kashan, Iran. Our Kashan rug collection has red and navy designs too.
