About this rug

A dark serpentine line winds right round the ivory border of this Shiraz, with a narrow band of red and ivory stripes twisted like rope on the outside. Inside, two black medallions with stepped ivory edges and an orange-gold inner outline sit on the red field, each holding a small red and ivory flower at its centre. Feathery sprays of ivory and grey-blue dots reach diagonally out of the corners between rows of tiny dotted diamonds, and a grey fringe finishes each end.
