About this rug

Seven large octagonal guls in the elephant-feet design line up one above another on the bright orange-red field of this akche runner. Each has a central square where small red rosettes form an X on navy, with navy filling its four corners, and little navy tree sprigs stand beside them. The borders are a navy-black crosshatch around red stepped diamonds, with a band of curled navy leaves and a sawtooth edge outside, and a short beige fringe at the end.
