About this rug

Ivory diamonds, stepped at every edge, form a chain right round this akche runner and stand out from a distance. Inside the chain, a band of dark rosettes frames the burgundy-red centre. There, two columns of small dark guls carry ivory zigzags, and the crosses between them are outlined with ivory chevrons. A line of ivory dots edges the outer stripe, and a cream fringe finishes the ends.
