About this rug

Blue and grey flowers on ivory give this Kashan a cool, quiet look. Its medallion is a diamond in stone grey with notched, scalloped edges, holding a smaller ivory diamond of navy blossoms around a tiny red centre, with navy pendants above and below. Steel-blue rosettes and khaki tendrils spread over the ivory field, and taupe fills the corners. Navy palmettes line the taupe-grey main border, between ivory guard stripes patterned in navy.
